AEI's production capability includes specialist Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cables manufactured to BS6883 with both stranded or flexible conductors for offshore & commercial shipping.
Fire resistant cables are also available complying with BS7917 for safety critical systems such as smoke alarms, detection and emergency lighting.
We have provided a range of cables used in power and instrumentation for The Buzzard oil production platform in the North Sea, the largest project of its kind in the North Sea in the past decade.
Recent technology has been applied to LSZH types complying with the most rigorous safety standards.
